Robin Rothenberg, yoga teacher and therapist, is the director of the Yoga Barn and Essential Yoga Therapy in Issaquah, Washington. Her CD/guidebook package "The Essential Low BackProgram: Relieve Pain and Restore Health" has received rave reviews in the International Journal of Yoga Therapy and in the Yoga Journal.
Steve Bonnell, former guitarist with Schoolyard Heroes, has been playing guitar since the age of 12 and rock and roll since he was 16. Steve's departure from the very successful, nationally-touring band was a choice to evolve musically in more personal and devotional ways, and to pursue another of his passions, the Chinese Gong-Fu tea ceremony. Also includes the new holiday hit single by You're Loved " Little Tiny Baby".
